During this difficult economic time many people are looking for ways to save money. The digital age has transformed an old-fashioned method of being frugal to a modern convenient one. Now consumers can find coupons by going online and searching for coupons for the company they have in mind. But even better yet, is the list of recommended coupon websites published by Mainstreet.com. Here is an edited version of the list:
- Groupon members get one deal mailed to them daily and must pay in advance for the deal. It can be redeemed at any time. A certain number of people must sign up for it before it becomes active, otherwise it’s cancelled. But the majority of deals go through.
- KrazyCouponLady is great for collecting coupons from all over the web. If you want deals on breakfast foods, medicine and household supplies, this is the place to begin.
- RetailMeNot mostly supplies coupons for big name retail stores like L.L. Bean, Kohls and Victoria’s Secret.
- Dealighted offers good deals for tech gadgets. For example, there are deals and coupons advertised for iPod speaker systems, Wii accessories and televisions on their front page.
- FreeShipping is “the king of cyberspace.” The annual Free Shipping Day event is organized by this site. And during the rest of the year the site allows users to create lists of the stores that supply them with coupons.
- CheapStingyBargains is one of the better places to find computer coupons. They also have good deals on some other electronics.
